We started our Thursday morning with a long walk in the sun. I can finally wear shorts and a tanktop during our walks. My muscles are so soar from yesterdays mini walk/run/workout that I'm having a hard time moving if I sit still for to long. When we got back I drank my appelcider vinegar drink and started on breakfast, porridge. Since I'm allergic to gluten and also react to glutenfree oatmeal I had tried many different options and the one I like the most, which also is the healtiest one is amaranth. It takes some time but the result is really good and your body will get so much energy and nutrition from ot. I eat mine with a squeeze of raw honey or agave, coconut oil and milk.
After a couple of years at different blog platforms I finally decided to move my blog to this site. A site that I own and are responsible for, together with the content and all of the material. I hope that all of you will continue to follow me!
Hello, my name is Mathilda Tennysdotter, originally I'm from a small town in the southern parts of Sweden. I work as a freelance photographer and work a lot with European and Scandinavian clients in the U.S, but also American companies. My photography ranges from portraits, including corporate, artists and private but also fashion, architecture and work for magazines and newspapers.
I love to experience new things, travel and learn. I believe everything you know is knowledge in some way that are valuable depending on how you use it. I'm 26 years old, very creative and get bored very easily, I have a hard time to sit still for too long or not changing my hair once in a while. At the same time I'm like an old grandma inside and absolutely loves to be in the kitchen and bake delicious cakes and desserts!
