We started our Thursday morning with a long walk in the sun. I can finally wear shorts and a tanktop during our walks. My muscles are so soar from yesterdays mini walk/run/workout that I'm having a hard time moving if I sit still for to long. When we got back I drank my appelcider vinegar drink and started on breakfast, porridge. Since I'm allergic to gluten and also react to glutenfree oatmeal I had tried many different options and the one I like the most, which also is the healtiest one is amaranth. It takes some time but the result is really good and your body will get so much energy and nutrition from ot. I eat mine with a squeeze of raw honey or agave, coconut oil and milk.
