RUM21

RUM21 is one of my favorite places to shop when it comes to interior and home. The details is what makes a home feel like your own. They have so many different designers, furniture, decorations, rugs and so much more. Basically everything you need to get the inside of your home in place (and outdoor furniture too). I made this collage with some of the things I would like to update my home with, especially now for summer. I love green marble and think it adds more then just the plain white marble. I think it goes so well with brown leather, gold and white. All of these products can be found at RUM21s website under the different categories in decoration.

barkthins-1

This is my new favorite chocolate snack, Bark Thins. They have many different flavors but I like this one and the coconut almond the most. They are great together with coffee or just on their own. They are also fair trade and GMO free. I always store mine in the fridge so they are cold and crips when I eat them. Really tasty and kind of healthy.

walk-1-4

walk-2-2

Had the alarm set on 7am, but the weather was just too boring so we slept for another hour before we headed out for our morning walk. It's super gloomy and grey but hopefully the sun will come out soon. I'm going to take a shower and then get ready for the day and all the things I need to do today.

Midsummer-1-2

Yesterday we celebrated midsummer her in Los Angeles. I started with the event in San Pedro and helped out at SWEA Los Angeles table. Is was a cosy event, family oriented and our Swedish treats were popular. Around 6pm  I came back to LA and went to our friends house to meet up with Daniel and everyone else. We did Swedish snaps, midsummer buffet and finished the night in the pool with some snaps and wine. Had some late night food made by Markus, coconut pancakes and syrup. Got and Uber and headed home at around 4am, very tired. Today we slept until 10.30am ish, I made saffron scones and been chilling in bed since then and talking to my family in Sweden. I'm still very tired but it feels so good to not be hungover. What a relief that is! A hangover ruins the whole day. I might have some of potato salad I made for midsummer, a french style with capers, red onion, vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme and sliced potatoes.
