We started our Thursday morning with a long walk in the sun. I can finally wear shorts and a tanktop during our walks. My muscles are so soar from yesterdays mini walk/run/workout that I'm having a hard time moving if I sit still for to long. When we got back I drank my appelcider vinegar drink and started on breakfast, porridge. Since I'm allergic to gluten and also react to glutenfree oatmeal I had tried many different options and the one I like the most, which also is the healtiest one is amaranth
. It takes some time but the result is really good and your body will get so much energy and nutrition from ot. I eat mine with a squeeze of raw honey or agave, coconut oil and milk.
