Santa Monica stairs morning exercise

Instead of our normal morning walk we decided to do the stairs in Santa Monica. They are so steep and pretty scary to walk, especially down. But, we did a couple of rounds and then ended when the legs turned in to spaghetti. Think I made a mistake jogging my first way up.. that made me so thirsty and legs tired. Anyway, it's a great way to start the day and get your heart beating.
